Our frozen fish products can be safely stored in your freezer for up to 6–12 months, depending on the item. We recommend keeping them at or below –18°C for best freshness.

Yes! All our fish fillets and fish biscuits are properly cleaned, trimmed, and prepared, making them ready to cook right out of the pack with minimal effort.

No. Our frozen products are 100% preservative-free. We freeze fish using quick-freeze technology to naturally lock in freshness, flavor, and nutrients.

If the product is cool to the touch and still mostly frozen, it is safe to refreeze immediately. If you find it fully thawed or warm, please contact us right away so we can assist you.
